Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a a group of genetic disorders that primarily impact the legs. While there is currently no definitive solution for HSP, a variety of treatment options are available to manage its symptoms and improve quality of life. These treatments can a variety of therapies, including physical therapy, occupational therap
